Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of Edusoft Healthcare’s complete X-Ray and Radiology product portfolio
  • Generate new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions
  • Build and manage relationships with radiologists, doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase teams, hospital management, and key decision-makers
  • Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, customer meetings, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation, order closure, and payment coordination
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and strengthen the company’s regional presence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and territory performance reports

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience is mandatory
  • Experience in Radiology, Medical Devices, Diagnostic Imaging, X-Ray, Healthcare Equipment, or Capital Equipment will be highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of X-Ray Systems, DR, Mobile X-Ray, Fixed X-Ray, Retrofit DR, C-Arms, or related radiology products
  • Proven experience in institutional sales, dealer management, channel sales, or B2B business development
  • Existing network with hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiologists, biomedical teams, dealers, or distributors will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong target orientation and ownership mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Eligibility Criteria

  • CA Final (Dropout) or CA Inter (Dropout)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm is mandatory

  • Ability to independently finalize the books of accounts of a Limited Company
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and general ledger activities
  • Prepare and review journal entries, vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities, follow-ups, and business support requirements
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, tender documents, and sales-related documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end regulatory affairs, product registrations, approvals, licenses, renewals, and compliance activities
  • Handle regulatory documentation and submissions with AERB, CDSCO, BIS, DGFT, and other applicable authorities
  • Manage AERB licensing, approvals, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements related to radiation-emitting medical equipment
  • Coordinate product registrations, certifications, technical documentation, and regulatory approvals for medical devices
  • Manage CE and other international regulatory certifications and support export-market compliance requirements
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers, licenses, certificates, declarations, technical documents, and statutory records
  • Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, consultants, certification bodies, and internal teams for inspections, audits, and approvals
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation across relevant business and product processes

  • Strong working knowledge of AERB, CDSCO, BIS, DGFT, CE certifications, and regulatory documentation
  • Experience handling regulatory submissions, product approvals, renewals, audits, inspections, and government authorities

  • Perform spray painting and powder coating activities on metal parts, fabricated components, and finished products
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, grinding, and finishing before painting
  • Operate spray painting and powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure uniform coating quality, color consistency, and superior surface finish as per production standards
  • Inspect painted components for defects, imperfections, and coating quality, and perform touch-ups when required
