Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for Edusoft Healthcare’s imaging portfolio including X-ray Systems, DR Solutions, Retrofit DR, and Surgical C-Arms across Maharashtra
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, radiologists, dealers, and channel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities in private and government healthcare sectors
  • Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, and order closures
  • Expand dealer/distributor network and strengthen regional market presence
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth installations and after-sales support
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements within the radiology and diagnostics industry

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Medical Devices, or Healthcare Equipment sales
  • Strong knowledge of X-ray Systems, DR, Retrofit DR, and Surgical C-Arms is mandatory
  • Existing network with hospitals, diagnostic centers, radiologists, dealers, and distributors in Maharashtra preferred
  • Proven experience in institutional sales, channel sales, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage regional sales operations independently
  • Candidates based in Mumbai or Pune will be preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Department: Export Import Operations

Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete Export & Import operations including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination
  • Handle EXIM documentation such as Shipping Bills, BOE, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BRC, LC Documentation, COO, and related compliance documents
  • Strong working knowledge of IGCR, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, Advance Authorization, and FTA benefits
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs authorities, banks, overseas clients, and logistics partners for smooth execution of shipments
  • Manage DGFT, ICEGATE, customs compliance, and government portal-related activities
  • Handle international payment documentation including LC, TT, DP, and DA transactions
  • Track shipments, monitor timelines, and ensure smooth import/export operations with minimal delays
  • Prepare MIS reports, shipment trackers, operational reports, and documentation records

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 5–7 years of relevant EXIM and international trade experience
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, export-import compliance, and international trade regulations
  • Hands-on experience with DGFT, ICEGATE, export incentive schemes, and customs documentation processes
  • Good command over Excel, reporting systems, and documentation management
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Medical Device, Healthcare, or Engineering industry preferred
  • Candidates capable of independently handling end-to-end EXIM operations will be highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop workflow automations using Google Apps Script to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Design and manage advanced Google Sheets and Excel-based systems with automation, validations, dropdowns, approvals, and data controls
  • Automate reports, alerts, notifications, and data collection processes across departments
  • Build interactive dashboards and KPI trackers using Power BI for Sales, Service, HR, Finance, Production, Inventory, and Management
  • Develop Power BI reports using DAX, measures, KPIs, drill-down analytics, and Row-Level Security (RLS)
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, management dashboards, and business performance reports
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, transformation, and analysis of large datasets
  • Support automation and analytics initiatives across inventory management, service operations, HR reporting, procurement, and business operations
  • Work closely with department heads to identify automation opportunities and improve reporting accuracy
